The service provider was the subject of a previous investigation (case reference: 102568/9) in relation to the operation of dialler operated software services. The case subsequently went to adjudication in February 2004 where several sanctions were imposed on the service provider including an order for redress. One of the complainants who sort redress was unable to make contact with the service provider and consequently complained to the Secretariat that the service provider was not complying with one of the sanctions imposed on them.
