Seit letzte Woche habe ich einen solchen Email erhalten, so dass ich trotz hin und her leider aus Neugier geantwortet habe, das Geld gleich auf mein Konto zu überweisen. Die Bankdaten habe ich ihm gemailt. Jedoch beim zweiten Email mit Attachment auf Englisch soll ich das Attachment mit meinen ganzen persönlichen und zum Lotto betreffliche Daten ausfüllen und wegschicken. Ein kleingedrucktes weisst darauf hin, dass ich zuerst 310 Euro von ihm aufgefordert werde und dann wird die zahlende Bank mich kontaktieren. Ich finde das Ganze ein Betrug und wollte der Polizei (in Österreich) hinweisen. Die Polizei meint, das sei ja legal, da es um eine Lotterie handelt und das Geld auf Glück verspielt werden darf.
Meiner Meinung ist das aber ein Betrug, da es nicht um eine Lotterie sondern Abzocke à la Nigeria-Connection geht.
Nun würmt es mich, dass ich meine Adresse und IBAN-Code der Bank denen mitgeteilt habe. Kann man denen nicht unschädlich machen?
Und besteht es Missbrauch mit den Bankdaten?
Wer hat da auch Erfahrungen gemacht?
